The Bible says in John 8:36 that he whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

Most people have some form of garbage in their lives. It comes in the form of addictions or maybe bad habits that we’ve attained over the years.

Some of you may have a problem with swearing, and just like in this video you probably could have released a whole dictionary of your own personal bad language.

Some of you may have found lying as a great way out of a particular situation and now you are trapped in a much larger web of lies. Whether you are struggling with lying, swearing, drug or alcohol abuse, or lustful thoughts this Scripture still holds true. He whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; but behold, the new has come.

Regardless of what garbage you may have in your life, know this, God can take it from you, he can take it all from you! All you need to do is ask him to take it, and when you do, and this is important, you need to actually let him take it.

So how do you do this? Simple, first begin by getting on your knees and confessing your garbage to him, asking him to take the garbage out of your life. Second, pending on what your habit or addiction is, you may need to seek further help. This may come in the form of a Pastor, counselor, parent or friend. In some cases all the above is needed. But regardless of your addiction or bad habit if you truly give it over to God, we promise that you will definitely see the change in your life. God will help you and you can truly proclaim, free at last!
